There is a collectible counter for each mission which shows exactly how many items of each type you have found.
You can get missing items at any time via mission select. None of the collectibles in this game are missable. In addition to the collectibles you will also have to do the 18 optional objectives and recover 15 weapon parts for 100% completion. They are also needed to obtain 100% game completion and to unlock “Dedicated Soldier”. Finding all collectibles will earn you the following 5 trophies / achievements:
